Our Apartments
This apartment (115 m2 / 1200 sq.ft.) has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 has three beds and is fot 7+2 people. All bedrooms are equally spacious. Being on the top floor, this apartment enjoys breathtaking views of the Romanesque Cathedral, which is very well lit at night, the Umbrian valley with the hills in the distance, as well as the Basilica of St. Clare and the typical rooftops which make Assisi so quintessentially Italian (see photo of the view from this apartment). In this apartment there is a spacious lounge/dining room and a separate kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave oven and all manners of kitchen appliances. Nothing at all is missing, because the owners themselves lived in the apartment for various years. There are also a bathroom with bathtub and a shower room, with a small separate utility room with washing machine. For the entertainment of the guests, there is a TV, CD player and many books and games.

This is the only flat which opens directly onto the garden at the back of the building. The apartment is for 4+2 people. The lounge is extremely spacious (115 m2 / 1200 sq.ft.) and there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room complete with bidet. It is altogether a stunning and exceptionally spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which can sleep up to 6 people including the sofabed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the guests may wish to use. However, the owners are of the view that this apartment is not suitable for young children or the elderly, because it is on 2 levels and there are a few steps inside the shower room.

'Santa Rosa' is a spacious (65 m2 / 700 sq.ft.) 1-bedroom apartment, for 3/5 peolpe, consisting of a sunny and welcoming open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and an exceptionally spacious bedroom, with a huge double bed which can become 2 single beds if desired, a single bed and a single armchair-bed. There is an additional sofabed in the lounge. There is a bright and modern shower room complete with bidet. The apartment offers loads of storage: there are 2 store rooms and a huge wardrobe in the bedroom. The owners have furnished and decorated the property in a style which well suits the historic building, and have not forgotten anything which may help to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. There are many books and games, a TV and CD player and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. Of course all small kitchen appliances are provided too, and there are enough pots and pans, sets of plates, cups, etc. to prepare a banquet. Some basic cooking ingredients are always to be found in the cupboards. |

This first-floor apartment is very large (over 350 m2 / 3700 sq.ft.), with a wide foyer, is for 7/8 people. It has a dining room, living room, sitting room, three master bedrooms (two with their own bathrooms) and a separate bathroom. Some of the antique furniture belonged to the family.
It has a large tavern area, with stone walls, that adjoins the fully equipped kitchen.
N.B . It is always necessary to ask the availability of the Tavern.

Welcome to our family owned and operated vacation apartments, located in a historic palazzo in the center of Assisi, a town famed for its ancient atmosphere.
The building overlooks Piazza San Rufino and is directly across from the breathtaking façade of Assisi's cathedral, San Rufino. This Romanesque church is one of the most beautiful in Umbria, and this is where St. Francis was baptized.
With its enviable panoramic position and inimitable hanging garden, the palazzo is a gem just waiting to be discovered by art lovers who want something with a truly unique touch.
Though the four vacation apartments have been set up to reflect the old structure of this historic building, they have been renovated completely to offer guests an inviting and delightful spot for a relaxing holiday.
All the apartment windows afford unique, fascinating vistas: some overlook the luxuriant Umbrian valley and the cathedral bell tower, while others face the Rocca Maggiore and Minore - Assisi's fortresses - and still others open onto the flourishing garden, with its ancient stone walls and hushed internal alleys.
There is a large garden area with a delightful little swimming pool and a lawn extending over three levels. It is surrounded by plants and rosebushes that create a timeless aura of old-fashioned scents, the colours of long ago and, most importantly, a true sense of peace and spirituality.
The minimum stay in our holiday apartments is three nights. Prices vary depending on the season, type of apartment and number of guests. For stays longer than one week there is reduced pricing.

From € 70.00 to € 250.00 per day, per apartment, depending on the apartment and the period.
In this historic building, there is no elevator.
Electricity, gas and water are included. It does not including heating.
Special Price: You can ask. In some periods of the year offers a stay of 4 nights for the price of 3.
For reservations require a deposit via Paypal or bank transfer.
Check In : from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Check Out: from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

As you know, in this historic building, there is no elevator. We would be more than happy to bring your luggage to your apartment, but as there is no bellman, we request two or three days notice, by email or text message, with your arrival time and an idea of how many bags you will have. We will arrange to have someone available to assist you on arrival and at departure.
