Santa Rosa

This vacation apartment, which is on the second floor of the palazzo (65 m2 / 700 sq.ft.), can accommodate 3/4 guests. This inviting apartment boasts a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room also has a sofa bed (sleeps one). The windows overlook the valley and let extraordinary light into the apartment.

The large, well-lit bedroom with a vaulted ceiling has a double bed (which can be split into two singles on request), plus a twin bed. Bathroom with shower, storage area.



San Rufino

The apartment is on the third floor (120 m2 / 1300 sq.ft.) and it can accommodate 6+2 guests. This apartment offers a breathtaking view: it overlooks the Cathedral of San Rufino, Santa Chiara, the Rocca Minore and the entire valley below.

The apartment features a large living room and three sunny bedrooms with a marvellous view of the cathedral. There are two master bedrooms plus another bedroom with two twin beds. If necessary, there are also two armchairs that fold out into beds (twin size).

The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower and a powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped.



San Lorenzo

The apartment is on the third floor (115 m2 / 1200 sq.ft.) and it can accommodate 4+2 guests. It is tastefully decorated with period furniture. It features a large living room with fourteenth-century stone walls, leading directly to the garden. There is a sofa bed (sleeps two) in the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have a breathtaking view of the Rocca Maggiore.

Sofia

This first-floor apartment is very large (over 350 m2 / 3700 sq.ft.), with a wide foyer. It has a dining room, living room, sitting room, three master bedrooms (two with their own bathrooms) and a separate bathroom. Some of the antique furniture belonged to the family.

It has a large tavern area, with stone walls, that adjoins the fully equipped kitchen.


Prices

Minimum stay is three nights. Prices vary depending on the season, type of apartment and number of guests. For stays longer than one week there is reduced pricing.
