Anna Maria or another member of the family will welcome guests when they arrive at Palazzo Minciotti and will show them their apartment.

Garden

Palazzo Minciotti also has a lovely garden covering 800 m2 / 8600 sq.ft. Set on three levels, the garden is open to all guests, with both common and reserved areas.


The garden offers the following amenities:

• Stunning view
• Lawn, chairs, tables, chaise longues, garden umbrellas
• Barbecue
• Small swimming pool (5 m / 16' in diameter and 1.20 m / 4' deep)
• Playground set (slide, etc.)
• Outdoor shower with hot water
• Last but not least is the rose garden, lovingly tended by Anna Maria, who has carried on this old family tradition.

In Piazza San Rufino there is a takeaway pizza shop and an Internet café. There are also many charming little restaurants in the area.
